- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 packets instant chicken broth and seasoning
- 2 packets instant beef broth and seasoning
- 10 ounce. frzn broccoli
- 1 tbsp. onion flakes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour

- Heat butter and add in flour to make slight thickening. Add in lowfat milk, cheese, broth mix, onion and broccoli. Stir till warm and cheese is melted. May use 1 head of fresh broccoli in place of frzn.
