- About 1 teaspoon salt
- 14-16 oz soy cream
- For the mushroom tartufo balsamic reduction grilled cheese:
- 4-6 sourdough dinner rolls
- Crimini mushrooms, sliced
- Daiya cheese
- Tartufo balsamic reduction (you can buy it or make it. You can also use regular balsamic reduction)
