Ингредиенты
- 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 24 marshmallows, quartered
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 20 vanilla wafers
Инструкции
- 1. Combine fruit juices and salt. Heat to boiling.
- 2. Add in marshmallows and stir till melted. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in whipped cream.
- 3. Alternate layers of wafers and marshmallow mix in a rectangular dish. (Use wafers for top and bottom layers.) Refrigeratetill hard. Cut into squares. Serves 6.
