Ингредиенты
- 2-3 pound chicken pcs (I use wing drumettes)
- Garlic salt
- Onion salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Flour
- Corn oil
Инструкции
- 1. Wash chicken pcs and dry on paper towels.
- 2. Season with garlic & onion salt, pepper and paprika.
- 3. Lightly flour. Shake off excess.
- 4. Heat corn oil in large heavy skillet or possibly frying pan to warm, but not smoking.
- 5. Brown pcs 2-3 min per side in batches (pcs should have plenty of room to brown).
- 6. Drain on paper towels.
- 7. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 15-20 min. Drain grease. Turn chicken and continue 15-20 more min. Serves 4-6.
