- 1 sm. pkg. frzn, minced spinach
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna, packed in oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. light cream or possibly lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter

- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Drain tuna and reserve oil.
- Make cream sauce as follows: Mix flour and salt with 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese, light cream, cayenne pepper, and oil reserved from tuna.
- In a 2-qt casserole, alternate layers of spinach, tuna and cream sauce. Top with bread crumbs tossed in melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Broil just long sufficient to brown top as desired. Serves 4-6.
- My children loved this, and nicknamed it Tooney Fazoo.
