Инструкции

  1. Combine flours and oats.
  2. Stir in butter, 1/2 c. honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon and blend.
  3. Spread 3/4 of the oat mix in pan.
  4. Place sliced bananas in blender and puree.
  5. Core and cut up apples.
  6. Combine bananas, apples, remaining 1/4 c. honey, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and peel in medium saucepan. Cover, simmer 10 min, stirring.
  7. Uncover, simmer 10 min more, stirring. Cool.
  8. Slice banana into apple mix; add in walnuts.
  9. Fold until blended.
  10. Spread over flour mix on top.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
  12. Cool. Cut into bars.

    These bars are delicious and healthy snacks. I suggest the oat/flour mix be expanded a little more (2 1/2 cups oats, 1 1/2 cups of both flours) because there wasn't enough for the top layer. I also added 3-4 tbsp ground flax meal to the flour mix for added nutrition, and substituted the butter with Spectrum organic palm oil shortening, to make the recipe dairy-free. The bars are crunchy on the top and bottom, with a soft, sweet fruity center layer. Don't forget the lemon zest, and you may add more - it makes the bars pop!
