- Combine flours and oats.
- Stir in butter, 1/2 c. honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon and blend.
- Spread 3/4 of the oat mix in pan.
- Place sliced bananas in blender and puree.
- Core and cut up apples.
- Combine bananas, apples, remaining 1/4 c. honey, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and peel in medium saucepan. Cover, simmer 10 min, stirring.
- Uncover, simmer 10 min more, stirring. Cool.
- Slice banana into apple mix; add in walnuts.
- Fold until blended.
- Spread over flour mix on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Cool. Cut into bars.
