- 8 pound fresh pork butts, grnd
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 10 med. potatoes

- Slowly cook pork and onion over low heat about 6 hrs or possibly till water is evaporated and meat thickens. Cook potatoes. Cold both completely. Mash potatoes. Mix meat and potatoes together. Makes 5 (9-inch) 2-crust pies. Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- When making pie crust, make holes with fork on bottom crust. Put mix of meat and potatoes in. Make top crust and press edge of crust together with fork and lowfat milk. Sprinkle lowfat milk on top of crust to make it golden brown. Make 4 or possibly 5 cuts in middle of crust.
