- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup Greek style yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
