  1. Heat 2 cubes butter in saucepan. Add in: 1 c. white corn syrup and 2 Tbls.
  2. water. Boil till the candy changes color (about 10-15 min). Add in 3/4 c. pecans or possibly dry roasted nuts. Pour over popped corn and stir till completely covered. Spread out on a greased cookie sheet. Cold. Break apart and ENJOY!
