- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 pound green beans, cooked & liquid removed
- 1/2 pound wax beans, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 pound lima beans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley

- Heat the oil in a skillet; saute/fry the onions 10 min. Toss with the green, wax and lima beans. Season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving. Serves 6.
