- Place flour butter and sugar in the bowl and mix on Speed 1 increasing to Speed 3 till the mix resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Blend the egg yolk and water and add in to the mix using speed 1 to create a dough.
- Roll out on a lightly floured board and use for sweet tarts flans and pies.
