Ingredients: 1/2 c. salad oil; 4 x cloves garlic; 4 med onions; 4 x green bell peppers; 20 lb tomatoes; 1/4 c. sugar; 1/4 c. minced parsley; 2 Tbsp. oregano leaves; 2 Tbsp. salt; 3/4 tsp pepper; 2 tsp basil; 2 x bay leaves

1/2 c. salad oil
4 x cloves garlic
4 med onions
4 x green bell peppers
20 lb tomatoes
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp basil
2 x bay leaves

Инструкции

Use the blender to liquefy tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers. Put in large kettle. Add in other ingredients. Cook till desired thickness.
Makes 10 pints.
