- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Tequila
- 2 Tbsp. Triple sec
- 1 lrg Jalapeno chili, seeded, chopped
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grated lime peel
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Coarse salt

- Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand 15 min. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.) Cover and chill.
- Marinate poultry 1 to 3 hrs and seafood 30 min in refrigerator. Drain
- (don't pat dry) and grill. Boil remaining marinade in heavy small saucepan 1 minute. Drizzle some of marinade over poultry or possibly seafood just before serving.
- Makes about generous 3/4 c..
