- Dash Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Tomato slices
- Toast

- Heat butter in top of double boiler. Add in beer (minus 1 Tbsp.) and cheese. Mix seasonings with 1 Tbsp. beer and add in to cheese. Stir in egg. Serve over toast and tomato slices.
