One of Seremban's signature dishes is actually crabs from Seremban Seafood Village Restaurant. It is a MUST TRY FOOD when you happen to visit Seremban (By the way, I bolded, underlined and italicized these words not for nothing). I really should have put this dish in one of my favourite food list in Seremban. Although I really love it, I seldom dine here because it's quite expensive and normally, we only enjoy Seremban's crabs when we have special overseas or out-of-town guests visiting us, like my parents for instance. I believe their journey to Seremban was not complete if they had to leave Seremban without eating Seremban's crabs, at least for once.

.%20I%20really%20should%20have%20put%20this%20dish%20in%20one%20of%20my%20favourite%20food%20list%20in%20Seremban.%20Although%20I%20really%20love%20it,%20I%20seldom%20dine%20here%20because%20it's%20quite%20expensive%20and%20normally,%20we%20only%20enjoy%20Seremban's%20crabs%20when%20we%20have%20special%20overseas%20or%20out-of-town%20guests%20visiting%20us,%20like%20my%20parents%20for%20instance.%20I%20believe%20their%20journey%20to%20Seremban%20was%20not%20complete%20if%20they%20had%20to%20leave%20Seremban%20without%20eating%20Seremban's%20crabs,%20at%20least%20for%20once.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20Wednesday%20night,%20my%20husband%20and%20I%20brought%20my%20parents%20to%20eat%20some%20crabs%20before%20they%20leave%20for%20Indonesia%20yesterday.%20Since%20there%20were%20just%204%20of%20us,%20we%20were%20really%20moderate%20in%20ordering%20the%20dishes%20and%20rice%20but%20my%20husband%20went%20a%20little%20overboard%20with%20ordering%20the%20crabs:%202kg%20of%20crabs%20for%204%20adults%20who%20usually%20don't%20eat%20much.%20I%20was%20like%20%22Come%20on,%20man...%20What%20were%20you%20thinking?%22%20I%20only%20realised%20how%20much%20crabs%20he's%20ordered%20when%20the%20mountain%20of%20crabs%20gracefully%20landed%20on%20our%20table.%20I%20really%20think%20my%20husband%20had%20some%20serious%20issues%20with%20calculating%20or%20estimating%20the%20needed%20amount%20of%20food%20(re:%20crabs)%20that%20night.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyway,%20here%20are%20the%20chronicles%20of%20our%20latest%20dining%20experience%20at%20Seremban%20Seafood%20Village%20Restaurant.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20we're%20seated%20and%20orders%20were%20taken,%20some%20fried%20crackers%20and%20special%20garlic%20chilli%20sauce%20for%20the%20dip%20or%20to%20be%20eaten%20with%20the%20crabs%20later%20on%20were%20served.%20In%20the%20next%205%20minutes%20after%20the%20crackers%20were%20served%20on%20our%20table,%20poof!,%20they're%20gone%20to%20our%20stomachs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWarming%20up%20with%20the%20appetiser.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMoving%20on,%20our%20drinks%20and%20rice%20came%20to%20our%20table,%20followed%20with%20my%20favourite%20veggie%20dish,%20Baby%20Kailan%20saut%C3%A9ed%20in%20garlic.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaby%20Kailan%20saut%C3%A9ed%20in%20garlic.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20ordered%20Mapo%20Tofu.%20It%20was%20spicy,%20sweet%20and%20overall%20tasted%20really%20nice%20but%20a%20bit%20oily.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Mapo%20Tofu.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMuch%20later%20on,%20when%20my%20husband's%20plate%20was%20somewhat%20clean,%20our%202kg%20of%20Grilled%20Crabs%20arrived.%20I%20am%20sure%20that%20that%20this%20restaurant's%20motto%20is%20%22Save%20the%20Best%20for%20Last%22%20as%20the%20best%20dish%20really%20came%20the%20latest,%20just%20in%20time%20when%20everybody's%20almost%20finished%20their%20rice%20and%20other%20dishes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20super%20delicious%20grilled%20crabs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20grilled%20crabs%20were%20really,%20really,%20really%20nice.%20They%20were%20really%20tasteful%20that%20they%20don't%20even%20need%20to%20be%20eaten%20with%20the%20special%20garlic%20chilli%20sauce.%20The%20meat%20is%20so%20tender%20and%20flavourful%20as%20the%20crabs'%20shells%20were%20cracked%20before%20they%20were%20grilled%20with%20some%20sweet%20sauce.%20The%20crabs'%20slightly%20burnt%20shells%20were%20really%20sweet%20and%20I%20literally%20could%20not%20stop%20licking%20the%20crabs'%20grilled%20shells%20after%20I%20ate%20the%20meat.%20Everyone%20was%20really%20determine%20in%20finishing%20the%202kg%20of%20crabs%20on%20our%20table%20but%20really,%20it%20was%20just%20too%20much%20(in%20the%20end,%20our%20leftover%20was%20one%20crab%20without%20its%20claws).%20Actually,%20when%20the%20crabs%20arrived%20on%20our%20table,%20I%20still%20had%20about%20half%20plate%20of%20rice%20but%20once%20the%20crabs%20came,%20I%20was%20not%20interested%20in%20finishing%20my%20rice%20and%20other%20dishes%20on%20our%20table%20any%20more.%20My%20pearls%20of%20wisdom%20here%20is%20to%20finish%20your%20rice%20and%20other%20dishes%20first%20before%20the%20crabs%20come%20to%20your%20table.%20Once%20they're%20served,%20you'd%20be%20very%20busy%20picking%20its%20meat%20from%20their%20shells%20and%20putting%20whatever%20meat%20you%20could%20take%20out%20to%20your%20mouth%20and%20you'd%20forget%20that%20you%20still%20have%20some%20rice%20on%20your%20plate.%20My%20favourite%20parts%20of%20crabs%20are%20the%20big%20fat%20claws!%20What%20about%20you?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI've%20eaten%20this%20restaurant's%20crabs%20cooked%20in%20salted%20eggs%20and%20they're%20equally%20delicious%20as%20the%20grilled%20ones.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpeaking%20of%20expensive%20food,%20my%20husband%20paid%20RM150++%20for%20our%203%20main%20dishes,%204%20rice%20bowls%20and%203%20glasses%20of%20liangcha%20last%20week.%20Nevertheless,%20their%20food's%20really%20worth%20our%20money!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGod,%20Seremban's%20crabs%20are%20so%20finger-licking%20good!%20We%20must%20thank%20the%20restaurant%20for%20inventing%20this%20divine%20food.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3
