- 3 x To 4 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 3 lrg Onions, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 x -4 tbsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Caraway seed
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. Canned tomatoes,well-liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Red wine
- 1 x -1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1Â 1/2 lb Spinach Tagliatelle, cooked

- Thinly slice pork. In skillet, brown pork with onions in butter. Add in paprika, caraway seed, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes and wine. Place in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs. Stir in lowfat sour cream and serve over warm Tagliatelle.
