- 1/2 head lettuce
- 3 lg. tomatoes
- 1 pkg. or possibly 1 pound Monterey Jack white cheese
- 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese
- El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild)
Инструкции
- Make a layer of the Fritos in a casserole. 1 layer of the beef, 1 layer of shredded lettuce, 1 layer of tomato cut in small pcs, 1 layer of Monterey Jack cheese and 1 layer of Cheddar cheese shredded. Pour over with El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild). Leave in oven long sufficient to heat cheese.
