- 1 head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 env. taco seasoning mix
- 1 sm. bag plain Doritos
- Garlic salt
- 1 can ranch style beans, liquid removed
- 10 ounce. Longhorn mild cheese, grated
- 1 bottle Catalina French spicy-sweet dressing

- Brown meat with onions and garlic salt to taste. Add in taco seasoning; drain off grease. Cold, mix lettuce, minced tomatoes, cheese, beans, meat and crushed Doritos (bite size). Pour dressing over all and serve or possibly chill. Keeps several days in refrigerator.
