Ingredients: 18 lb Grnd beef; 1 gal Bread crumbs; 1 quart Diced onions; 1/3 c. Salt; 2 tsp Pepper; 1 quart Lowfat milk; 1 c. Drippings from meat; 2 c. Flour; 1 Tbsp. Browning sauce; 1 Tbsp. Salt; 1 x Tap pepper; 1 can (#10) tomato sauce

1 gal Bread crumbs
1 quart Diced onions
1/3 c. Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 quart Lowfat milk
1 c. Drippings from meat
2 c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Browning sauce
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 x Tap pepper
1 can (#10) tomato sauce

Инструкции

1. Combine grnd beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and lowfat milk.
2. shape into 2 1/1 ounce. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or possibly make 2 rows of meat mix in a 2 in pan.
3. bake at 325 degrees till brown.
4. place in steam table pan and cover with gravy.
Tomato Gravy:1. combine drippings and flour. Brown slightly
2. add in bottled browning sauce, salt peper and tomato sauce
3. Blend well and pour over patties1 serving provides 2 ounce cooked meat
