- 1 cup cubed Ham
- 2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock (low sodium)
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or can use frozen, drain well first)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- Simply add all ingredients into a lidded soup pot, cover tightly and simmer all ingredients 40 minutes.
- Check sweet potatoes cubes for tenderness.
- Serve in soup bowls and enjoy the flavors!
