Ingredients: 2 c. Mashed sweet potatoes; 1 1/2 c. Butter; 4 x Large eggs; 3 c. Flour; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 2 tsp Soda; 2 tsp Cinnamon; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1 c. Nuts, roasted; 1 tsp Vanilla; 4 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Ингредиенты

2 c. Mashed sweet potatoes
1Â 1/2 c. Butter
4 x Large eggs
3 c. Flour
1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 c. Nuts, roasted
1 tsp Vanilla
4 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an 8 inch tube pan.
Cream butter, sugar and Large eggs. Add in sweet potatoes and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add in to creamed mix. Add in nuts and chocolate.
Bake 60 to 70 min. Cold and enjoy!
