- 1c. All purpose flour .3/4c. Corn meal.
- 1tbsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1c. Skim mil1 egg beaten
- 2tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tbsp margarine,melted

- Sift together ,corn meal, baking powder and salt into a bowl.in a bowl combine egg,sugar and margarine, beat with fork until blended. Stir flour mix into milk. Put in a greased 8 inch round baking pan. Bake at 400 f for 30-45 mins into cooked.
