- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp Grnd paprika
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Celery seed

- Combine water, sugar, mustard, & vinegar in blender or possibly food processor and process till well combined. Whisk in paprika & celery seed.
- Makes 2 c..
- NOTE: I sometimes add in atsp. of poppy seeds to this as well.
- Makes a fabulous dressing for aspinach and strawberry salad.
