Name: Sure Nuff Pickled Eggs
Ingredients: 1 x Onion, Sliced into Rings; 3 doz Hard Boiled Large eggs, Shelled, (up to 4); 5 pch Mustard Seed; 5 pch Dill Seed; 1 jar Sliced Jalapeno Peppers; 1 jar Habenaria Peppers; 5 pch Red Pepper Seeds; 10 dsh Tabasco; 3 pch Alum; 2 Tbsp. Peppercorns; 5 x Cloves Garlic

Ингредиенты

1 x Onion, Sliced into Rings
3 doz Hard Boiled Large eggs, Shelled, (up to 4)
5 pch Mustard Seed
5 pch Dill Seed
1 jar Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
1 jar Habenaria Peppers
5 pch Red Pepper Seeds
10 dsh Tabasco
3 pch Alum
2 Tbsp. Peppercorns
5 x Cloves Garlic

Инструкции

Boil everything but the Large eggs in vinegar for 20 min. Use sufficient vinegar to cover other ingredients, adding the juice from the jars of peppers. Put Large eggs in jar(s). Pour boiled mix over the Large eggs. Top off with vinegar.
Let sit 2 weeks, minimum. These are Warm!!
