- 3Â 1/2 c. flour
- 2Â 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1Â 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first three ingredients and set aside. Cream butter or possibly margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir in dry ingredients. Shape dough into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigeratein the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Flour your work surface, rolling pin and inside of cookie cutter so which dough does not stick.
- For shaped cookies, roll out a small amount of dough about 1/4 inch thick and cut with a cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Remove and transfer to wire rack to cold. Frost or possibly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
