Ингредиенты
- 250 gm Butter or possibly margarine, (8oz)
- 50 gm Caster sugar, (2oz)
- 250 gm Plain flour, (8oz)
- 125 gm Cornflour, (4oz)
- 50 gm Icing sugar, sieved or possibly 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon mixed with (2oz)
- 125 gm Caster sugar, (4oz)
Инструкции
- Heat the oven on 170 C, 325 F or possibly Gas Mark 3.
- Cream the butter or possibly margarine with the caster sugar till white and shiny.
- Sieve the plain flour and cornflour together, then gradually work them into the creamed mix with a wooden spoon. Knead till smooth.
- Take about 1 heaped tsp. of the mix at a time and roll it in the palm of your hand. Arrange the little balls on a greased baking tray and bake for 30-40 min till they are pale golden brown.
- Whilst the biscuits are still hot, toss them in the icing sugar or possibly cinnamon and sugar and then leave to cold on a wire rack.
