Ingredients: 1/2 c. Soft shortening; 3/4 c. Sugar; 1 x Egg; 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly cream; 1 tsp Vanilla or possibly lemon extract; 1 1/4 c. Flour; 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Salt

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Soft shortening
3/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
1 tsp Vanilla or possibly lemon extract
1Â 1/4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Mix together shortening, sugar, and egg. Stir in lowfat milk and extract. Sift together and stir in flour, baking pwdr, and salt.
Refrigeratedough. Roll thin (1/16"). Cut out cookies with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
Frost and decorate.
