- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 eggs

- Combine flour, salt, and baking powder
- Cream butter and sugar
- Beat in eggs, vanilla and almond extract, and add dry ingerdiants
- Chill dough overnight
- Roll out dough to desired thickness, use cookie cutters to cut out shapes
- Bake at 325 for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness
- Decorate
