Ингредиенты
- 1 x pie shell (9 inch) baked
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp corn syrup light
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp agar agar flakes
- 1 quart strawberries fresh, whole trimmed and washed
Инструкции
- Mix the sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water together. Bring to a boil and cook till thick and clear. Add in the agar agar flakes, stirring till dissolved. Cold. Arrange the whole strawberries to cover the bottom of the baked pie shell. Pour the cornstarch mix over the strawberries and refrigeratetill set.
