- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. Thawed strawberries

- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flaked coconut
- 3 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 stk butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Thawed strawberries
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut

- My sister served this at a party, was a hit! Not lo-cal! You could probably substitute fresh strawberries.
- Cake: Mix all and put in greased/floured 9X13' pan. Cook for 40 min at 350 degrees.
- Icing: Heat butter and mix all, spread on cooled cake, chill till served.
