Ингредиенты
- 4 c. Whole strawberries, washed & hulled
- 5 c. Granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice

- Pour sugar over berries in bowl, and stir. Cover & let stand about 3 hrs in refrigerator. Boil gently for 8 min in saucepan. Add in lemon juice, and boil gently 2 more min. Let stand till cooled. Pack in freezer containers, leaving headroom. Freeze. Thaw before using.
