- 3 ounce strawberry Jello ( I use 1 small pkg. sugar free Jello)
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 10 ounce frzn strawberries, thawed
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 2 med bananas, mashed
- 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts (optional)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Инструкции
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Blend in strawberries with juice, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half in 8* square pan, cover and refrigeratetill hard. Cover remaining mix and let stand at room temperature.
- Spread hard Jello with lowfat sour cream. Spread remaining Jello mix on top Cover and refrigeratetill hard ( at least 4 hrs, preferably overnight).
- Serves 6
