- 1/2 cube Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 3 lrg Banana, hard, cut 1/4-in. sli
- 2 can Pineapple, crushed, liquid removed
- 2 quart Strawberries, fresh, sliced
- 2 c. Whipping cream
- 1/4 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

- Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar; press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish. Refrigeratefor 1 hour. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, confectioners' sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla. Spread over crust; refrigeratefor 30 min. Layer with bananas, pineapple and strawberries. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream till soft peaks form. Add in confectioners' sugar; beat till stiff peaks form. Spread over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigeratetill serving.
