)%20And%20I%20still%20have%20a%20teddy%20bear%20at%2033%20years%20old%20(well%20technically%20its%20a%20giraffe).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20how%20do%20I%20narrow%20all%20that%20down%20to%20one%20selfie?!%20One%20part%20of%20my%20personality%20that%20does%20stick%20out%20is%20my%20sharing%20-%20I%20love%20to%20share%20my%20knowledge%20to%20benefit%20others,%20often%20even%20strangers,%20I%20have%20just%20changed%20roles%20at%20work%20where%20a%20large%20proportion%20of%20my%20role%20will%20be%20training%20staff%20on%20our%20new%20system%20along%20with%20anything%20else%20that%20might%20benefit%20them%20-%20I%20am%20a%20bit%20of%20a%20knowledge%20magnet,%20without%20being%20a%20know-it-all%20(I%20hope%20so%20anyway!!).%20Also%20a%20big%20part%20of%20me%20is%20sharing%20what%20I%20have%20with%20others%20-%20food%20for%20example%20-%20in%20return%20for%20Mr%20Bear%20I%20shared%20a%20box%20of%20my%20Mikado,%20I%20think%20that%20was%20a%20fair%20trade!!%20With%20this%20in%20mind%20I%20decided%20to%20revert%20back%20to%20my%20childhood%20a%20little,%20and%20held%20a%20teddy%20bears%20picnic!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20a%20lot%20of%20planning,%20tea%20drinking%20and%20procrastination%20and%20then%20being%20thwarted%20by%20traditional%20British%20Summer%20Downpours,%20it%20finally%20stopped%20raining%20enough%20and%20the%20sun%20came%20out%20to%20have%20my%20Teddy%20bears%20picnic!%20Though%20I%20must%20be%20honest%20the%20handsome%20bear%20featured%20is%20not%20mine%20but%20my%20neighbour%20kindly%20lent%20him%20to%20me%20-%20growing%20up%20I%20had%20a%20giant%20bear%20bigger%20than%20me,%20and%20he%20reminds%20me%20of%20that%20special%20time%20of%20hosting%20elaborate%20Teddy%20bears%20picnic's%20with%20girlfriends%20and%20dainty%20china%20tea-sets!%20Mr%20Bear%20had%20a%20lovely%20time%20in%20the%20sunshine%20eating%20our%20Mikado!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMr%20Bear%20with%20his%20Mikado%20feast!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
