Рецепт Steak Chicken,Gravy and Mashed Potato
Ингредиенты
- 2 lbs chicken breast without skin sliced 1/4 inch thickness
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour and
- 1/4 corn flour ( all p.flour and corn flour mixed together)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
- 2 cups oil for frying
Инструкции
- Slice chicken breast 1/4 inch thickness. Set aside.
- In a bowl whisk all these ingredients together:baking powder,baking soda,pepper,salt,garlic powder,mustard powder and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Slowly add buttermilk,egg and hot pepper sauce while whisking.
- Make sure the batter is well mixed then add in the chicken slices
- Marinate for at least three hours.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in corn all purpose flour mixture
- Then start to fry in a hot oil until golden brown(3-5minutes both sides)
- Serve with gravy and mashed potato.
