- 16 ounce Prepared caffeine-free lemon tea
- 2 ounce Orange juice

- Dissolve sugar and salt in the warm tea. Cold. Blend the tea with the juice and chill in your water bottle, or possibly freeze. Can last in a sealed container up to one week. 9 ounce serving equals 60 calories and 15 g of
- leeway: I use apple juice, or possibly any fruit juice available. Orange spice tea is delicious, gives it some kick. I generally adjust for taste, but you do not want to load up too much sugar to spike your insulin levels.
- Inexpensive alternative to sports drinks for casual workout days.
- I call this Carbo Load. It is a fluid replacement product.
