- 1 c. graham crumbs
- 1/2 c. gingersnap crumbs
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Splenda
- 2 x mashed large bananas
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 4 x slightly beaten Large eggs

- Put 1 c. of graham crumbs and 1/2 c. ginger snap crumbs into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Add in 5 Tbsp melted butter to the crumbs and mix well. Push a little of the crumb mix up the sides of the pan and make a crust on the bottom with the remaining crumbs To make the filling, mix cream cheese softened to room temperature with lowfat sour cream Slowly add in Splenda Add in mashed large bananas Add in cinnamon and grnd cloves Add in Large eggs and mix slowly Put the filling into the pan on top of the crumb mix Bake at 400 F for 35 40 min Let cold and remove from pan
