Name: Spicy Pasta Sauce
Ingredients: 1/2 c. Finely minced onion; 1 lb Spicy italian sausage, cooked and cut into pcs; 1 jar , (26 ounce) Classico Pasta Sauce, any flavor (or possibly use spicy canned tomatoes, put them in a blender first and chop); 1 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp Oregano, (to taste); 1 tsp Basil, (to taste); 1 x Clove fresh garlic cut up, (or possibly garlic pwdr); 2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms; 1 dsh Cayenne pepper; Seasoned salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Basil, (to taste)

2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 dsh Cayenne pepper
Â Â Seasoned salt and pepper to taste

Put all of the above into a pot, simmer for an hour or possibly so (the onions should be transparent) (tastes really good the next day) serve over any type of pasta or possibly pasta dish sprinkle with parmesan cheese
