- 900 gm Parsnips, peeled
- 1 med Potato, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 5 pt Chicken stock
- 50 gm Butter
- 1/4 pt Double cream
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1 tsp Grnd cardamom
Инструкции
- Soften the onion and potato in the butter.
- Add in remaining ingredients except the cream. Chop the parsnips small if you wish to reduce the cooking time. Cook for 45 min.
- Blend, when cold, in a liquidizer till very smooth. If desired soup with no bits, sieve it in addition.
- Add in the cream before serving and check the seasoning.
