Ингредиенты
- 4 med onions, minced
- 3 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 quart fresh-tomatoes, peel & chop
- 1 lb hamburger, brown & drain
- 2 can tomato paste, (12 ounce.)
- 1/4 c. dry parsley, (1/4 to 1/2)
- 2 tsp oregano
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Инструкции
- Cook onion and garlic in oil till soft. Add in remaining ingredients except hamburger. Simmer 2 hrs. Brown hamburger; drain well and add in. Cool-pack 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
- Makes 4 qts without meat or possibly 5 qts with meat.
