Ингредиенты

  • 4 med onions, minced
  • 3 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 4 quart fresh-tomatoes, peel & chop
  • 1 lb hamburger, brown & drain
  • 2 can tomato paste, (12 ounce.)
  • 1/4 c. dry parsley, (1/4 to 1/2)
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil till soft. Add in remaining ingredients except hamburger. Simmer 2 hrs. Brown hamburger; drain well and add in. Cool-pack 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
  2. Makes 4 qts without meat or possibly 5 qts with meat.
