Ингредиенты
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- 6 Tbsp. Or possibly so extra virgin olive oil
- 5 x Cloves of garlic
- Â Â Several small chile peppers, I used cayennes and serranos - cut into 2 or possibly 3 pcs
- Â Â Parsley
- Â Â Basil
- Â Â Chile pwdr of choice
- Â Â Salt and fresh grnd black pepper to taste

- One Hundred Pasta Sauces"
- Heat extra virgin olive oil and add in the garlic - leave it whole and remove it before serving or possibly finely chop it and leave it in.
- Add in the chile peppers and salt and pepper to taste and cook till garlic is golden.
- As soon as the pasta is ready, remove the garlic (if whole) and the chiles from the oil and pour the sizzling oil over the pasta, stirring well.
- Add in fresh minced parsley, basil and chile pwdr to taste.
- I served this with a garlic and parsley pasta - delicious!
