Ингредиенты
- 5 lb Idaho potatoes
- 1 lrg onion
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 stk butter
- 1 quart Half/Half
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream with Chives (if cannot find SC w/Chives use regular lowfat sour cream I do sometimes)
- Â Â salt/pepper to taste

- Peel and dice potatoes and onions. Put them in a large pot and just cover with water and boil till they are just about done. While your potatoes and onions are cooking cook bacon and crumble. Add in bacon and other ingredients to the potatoes, onion and water. Simmer till potatoes finish cooking.
