- 1 c. butter
- 3 Large eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Инструкции
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in egg yolk and lowfat sour cream. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in flour, baking pwdr and baking soda. Beat egg whites till stiff; mix in. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle with a topping made of 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. minced nuts. Dot with extra butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cold in pan for 15 min.
