- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1Â 1/4 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 ounce melted unsweetened chocolate, cold
- Â Â Lowfat sour cream Chocolate Frosting, see recipe
- Â Â Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Инструкции
- Grease and flour oblong pan, 13x9x2 inches, or possibly two 9" or possibly three 8" round layer pans.
- Measure all ingredients except frosting into large mixer bowl.
- Mix 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 min on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour into pan(s).
- Bake oblong 40 to 45 min, layers 30 to 35 min or possibly till top springs back when touched lightly with finger. Cold.
- Frost with Lowfat sour cream Chocolate frosting or possibly other frosting of your choice.
