Инструкции

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Sift the cake flour.
  3. Resift the flour with the baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Cream the butter until soft. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla.
  5. Add the sifted flour mixture to the butter mixture in 3 parts, alternating with: the yogurt or sour cream. Stir the batter after each addition until smooth.
  6. Whip until – stiff, but not dry: the egg whites. Fold them lightly into the batter.
  7. Bake in buttered pan about 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
  8. The topping is your choice. This cake has grated Ferrero Rocher candy on top.
