- Dissolve yeast in 1 c. hot water. Mix 3 c. water, salt, and sugar. Add in yeast mix. Stir in flour till well blended. Divide and spread dough with well greased hands onto 4 well greased cookie pans (or possibly 6 large pizza pans). Dough is quite sticky.
- Mix Sauce ingredients. Spread on pizzas.
- Toppings: Use a combination of cheeses to equal 1 1/2 pounds or possibly more (Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Parmesan). Add in as desired: 2 pounds sausage (browned), 2 pounds hamburger (browned), pepperoni, canned mushrooms, olives, green pepper, pineapple chunks, etc. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 20- 30 min or possibly till done.
