  3. Smoke the tuna for 45 to 50 min. Refrigerateto serve. Serve with dipping sauce.
  4. Dipping Sauce: Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  5. Comments: Tuna is a good choice for smoking because it has a high fat content. It is especially tasty with an Oriental-style dipping sauce.
