- 1 pound smoked Polish sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pcs
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
- Paprika

- Prepare scalloped potato mix as directed on package. Add in sausage slices, turn into 1 1/2 qt buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 40-45 min in preheated 375 degree oven. Remove when cheese is browned and bubbly. Serves 4.
